Where should I work? I have 4 core classes & some electives to take and I will have my BS in Management.

I have 5 years exp managing a small family business. I do everything from advertising, communicating, planning, customer service, etc. I love what I do but, I have outgrown it and need a career where I can learn and grow. I need a job where I can have some control and be able to be creative. I like business consulting but, I don’t know where to start. I am not financially secure enough right now to start my own business. Also, how much money should I be making.
