As a small business owner of an S-corp (pet services) what books/resources can best help me to learn managmnt?
I've looked into business consultants and just can't afford the fees that I am finding. Are there websites or books that can walk you through business evaluations and concerns in a self analysis?
I have been in business for 5 years and have 6 employees. Now I find myself looking for the next goals and am ready to learn more.
I've been with the SBA and SCORE already with varying results. I'm really looking for self education and professional development resources.
