Business consultants for start ups?
Are there any business consulting firms that guide young entrepreneurs to set up a business from a business plan? Guiding them all the way through the checklists that every new small business needs to go through.
- Financing is not the issue here, it is the organization and better brainstorming.
Alan, Thanks for the tip but that organization doesn’t do what I consultants traditionally do. The organization you are talking about just points you in the direction. I am looking for a firm as a mentor throught the early phase.
There are business consultants all over the place, my question was are there any especially for startups.
If you don’t mind paying, those big four accounting firms e.g. Ernst & Young, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Deloitte, KPMG surely have business consultancy department to help you out.

I am not aware of any consultant firm that will do that sort of thing.
It sure would have been useful when I started up my business.
May I suggest you google "young entrepreneurs association". They may have resources for what your looking for.

What you might be looking for is business coaching for small businesses. For example, there is a company based out of northern California that offers business coaching for national and international small businesses, but I don’t have their information on hand. Try an online search and see what you come up with.
